Priya Lukdani Lukman, S.H.
Priya obtained his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree in 2013 from the University of Indonesia, Depok, Majoring in Business Law. He joined AHN Lawyers in 2019 as Associate.
Prior to joining AHN, he worked at Fintech lending syariah, where he gained knowledge and experience in corporate matters and maintaining relationships with Indonesia financial Service Authority. With AHN, he has been part of the team that assists clients in labor and general corporate matters.
Fransisca Krishna PH, S.H., M.H.
After completing her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017 from University of Atma Jaya Jakarta, and obtained a Master's Graduate from Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law, Fransisca implement her legal knowlegde by involving herself to work in various industry including Finance and Technology (fintech), Oil and Gas, Intelectual Property Right (under China, US and Philippines systems), and also Supply Chain distribution (FMCG/ Fast Moving Consumer Goods) throughout 2017 to 2023.
With her knowledge and experience, Fransisca decided to pursuit her career by joining AHHN Lawyers as an associate in 2023. As associate, Fransisca assists the Founders and Partners at AHHN Lawyers in addressing legal issues comprehensively where Fransisca involved in handling cases related to Civil Litigation (Breach of Contract), Alternative Dispute Resolution (non-litigation), Capital Markets, Employment, General Corporations, and Family Law.
Fransisca is currently registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Gaudi Demisha Averdi, S.H.
Gaudi completed his legal education at the International Undergraduate Program Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in 2022, where Gaudi also took part in a summer course at Universiteit Utrecht in 2019.
During his studies, Gaudi was actively involved in the Asian Law Students Association Local Chapter UGM (ALSA LC UGM) organization where Gaudi was trusted to serve as Director of ALSA LC UGM 2019-2020 and Advisory Council of ALSA LC UGM 2020-2021, due to this experience and the addition of other experiences gained from being active in college years, Gaudi possess advanced interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, both as an individual and as a professional.
As an Associate at AHHN Lawyers, Gaudi is comprehensively involved in assisting AHHN Lawyers in providing excellent legal services to clients, where Gaudi is specifically involved within general corporations, geothermal, coal mining, and land affairs.
Julian Martinez Haposan Simanjuntak, S.H.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws at Pelita Harapan Karawaci University, Julian joined AHHN Lawyers in 2021.
As a Junior Associate, Julian assists his colleague and Partners at AHHN Lawyers in civil trials, conducting research related to the complexity of these matters, assisting associates and partners in providing legal services to clients both in commercial business and/or commercial and criminal dispute matters. After more than a year of harnessing his experience at AHHN lawyers, Julian moved to further deepen his knowledge in the realm of corporate law. Recently, he has participated in, and assisted the Partners of AHHN Lawyers in the legal processing of company licenses, helped with legal preparations required in Companies establishments and assisted with the matters of licensing for Foreign Investment company/ businesses, Geothermal and Coal mining corporations.
Rumaisha Aneira Roosclarita, S.H.
After completing her Bachelor Degree of Law in 2020 from Pelita Harapan University Majoring Business Law, Rumaisha continued her career by working as a Trainee Associate at one of the law firms in Jakarta.
Prior joining AHHN Lawyers, Rumaisha has experience in the general corporate fields, where Rumaisha assists Partners and fellow Associate in handling civil matters, contract drafting, employment law, assisting mining corporation in the acquisition process and licensing, assisting the team in the bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligation proceeding, conducting the legal due diligence process, establishment of several PMDN and foreign investment companies as well as association in Indonesia.
Equipped with knowledge and experience gained while working as a Trainee Associate, Rumaisha Assists the Founder and Partners at AHHN Lawyers in addressing every legal issues comprehensively both in general corporate and litigation issues, where Rumaisha involved in conducting companies licencing, corporate and foreign investment, Geothermal and Coal mining corporations.
