Hanifah L. Nasution, S.H., LL.M.
Completing his legal education at Faculty of Law of the University of Trisakti in 1999 and obtained the degree of Lex Legibus Masters (LLM) from the Vrije Universiteit, The Netherlands (Holland) in 2001.
Before deciding to establish AHHN Lawyers (previously known as AHN Lawyers), he joined a leading lawfirm in the Central Bussiness Distric of Jakarta. During his joining in the Law Firm, he was heavily involved in handling of legal family cases and business disputes.
Formerly, Hanif was concerned about business disputes, but because many prospective clients give their demand on his expertise in completion family legal cases such as divorce, child custody, inheritance, division of joint property (Gono-gini), endowments, and grants, so, currently Hanif is more specializes in the settlement of family business-law cases.
Hanif is registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2004.

Fajri Yusuf Herman, S.H., M.H.
Completing his legal education at Faculty of Law of the University of Trisakti in 2008 and obtained a degree as Master of Litigation from the University of Gadjah Mada in 2015.
Before deciding to establish AHHN Lawyers (previously known as AHN Lawyers), he joined a leading lawfirm in the Central Bussiness Distric of Jakarta. During his joining in the Law Firm, he was heavily involved in handling Contract Dispute, Assets Division, Agrarian Law Dispute, IPR cases, banking, bankruptcy, business competition, and labor/ employment cases.
Fajri has full understanding on settling disputes through litigation (civil and criminal), arbitration and alternative dispute resolution through consultation, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and expert opinion. Through his capabilities he possesses, he is proven to have assisted some companies in resolving legal cases. His ability to resolve any Contract Dispute and Tort cases should also be considered by the clients, because by his approach and the completion strategy, it is proven that he is able to win various Contract Dispute and Tort Cases, and with that, saves lot of company assets from any protracted process and full of ambiguities.

Romy Tahrizi Amin, S.H.
Completing his legal education at Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2011 with a specialization in Civil Law.
Before deciding to establish AHHN Lawyers (previously known as AHN Lawyers), he joined a leading lawfirm in the Central Bussiness Distric of Jakarta. During his joining in the Law Firm, he has engaged in handling many general corporate cases, contract implementation, land/ agrarian law, special crimes such as: money laundering, drugs, general crimes: embezzlement, and fraud.
Romy deeply understands on the field of shipping or goods importation, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. In addition, Romy also has expertise in legal corporate with specializes in mining, plantation and capital investment. His experience and extensive knowledge on the processes and procedures determined by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), have assisted many AHHN Lawyers clients who have a strong willingness to conduct investment in mining and capital investments in some economic sectors.

Reggy Hadiwijaya, S.H.
Completing his legal education at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1996 and obtained a degree as Lex Legibus Masters from Boston University School of Law in 2001, after previously completing the Education of Basic Capital Market I & II Legal Consultants from HKHPM.
Before deciding to take part in establishing AHHN Lawyers, he was one of a founder at one of the leading Law Firms in Jakarta. Reggy has deep understanding at general corporate law, aviation law, debt restructuring, banking and leasing transactions, project finance, aircraft lease financing, Islamic financing, bankruptcy, telecommunication law, oil & gas. In addition, Reggy also has expertise in mineral and coal mining, licensing and financing of mining projects.
Reggy is currently registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) & the Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM).
